Two thumbs up for qianying's post on interview. I can't agree more. Sourcing out the underlying passion in just ten to fifteen minutes is indeed easier said than done. But what's more can they do. Well, this is at least better than accepting anyone just because they have a pretty slip of A level results, without evening questioning their passion, their purposes in that area. Prospect or passion? One can be 100 times more passionate in a particular area as compared to many others, but who will truly appreciate their passion and their longing to become what they want to be. Another can get in easily using their grades or perhaps, their eloquent nature to bring them through the interview. And so again, do they even have the passion? No one will be bothered to find out anyway.

if you haven't received news, it either means your app is still being processed or you're being passed on to your second choice.
