CG rep: good, 20 people going!

after much calculation by the CG rep and some other helpers.
chalet plus food around 500 bucks.

do simple maths: 500/20 = $25

CG rep: GOOD, each person pays 25 bucks ok! :D
Class: OKAY.

ON THE DAY OF CHALET:
bbq food was alr ordered ACCORDING to the number of people going because we take your words for it. :D
chalet was booked because enough people will be going. we take your words for it once again. :D
chalet is $300.
bbq food is $100 plus.
some misc stuff like drinks, utenstil, bbq stuff are $50
presents are $50 or even more.

wah, budget zhun zhun! HAPPY! :D:D:D

suddenly, a few people called.
random people: EHH, i cannot go to chalet due to some unforeseen circumstances.

LET'S SAY,
5 people not coming.
5 x 25 = $125
straight away, budget is : 500 - 125 = $375

ok, im sure this is very obvious that there is deficit. which means people going must pay more.
yes, its not your fault that u cant go last min, but its our fault hence resort to paying more? make sense?

everything is a kind of responsibility. not only to the extreme of booking an air ticket. :D
